Cancellation and Refunds

Flights of a particular Carrier might get cancelled due to several reasons like affected weather condition, natural disaster, civil outrage or even low/high travel season. Even flight booking cancellation on your part is allowed whether due to personal or professional reasons. Also, note the fact that, some flights are subject to get cancelled as per the specified time frame of a particular Airline that passengers need to check with their policies and conditions.

As a part of our cancellation and exchange policy, if you like to cancel a flight ticket, then few of the airlines have this provision of providing some credit on the future purchase of the ticket. However, the particular credited amount, date of expiry and terms of usage are all in the hands of a particular airline. Therefore, passengers need to read their cancellation policies and other terms of use carefully.

• Future Credit is non-transferable & non-non-refundable unless the original ticket was issued at a fully refundable fare ticket.
• Cancellation is permitted only 2hr prior to the flight departure.
• Once New Reservation is made Bookingis is non-refundable unless the original ticket was issued at a fully refundable fare.
• Some fares may not allow changes. If allowed, any change to your itinerary may require payment of a change fee and increase in fare.
• Fares and availability are subject to change without notice until purchased.
• Failure to appear for any flight without notice will be marked as a NO-SHOW & remaining value of the Booking amount will be forfeited.
• Name Changes are not permitted in any Situation.
• Travel must be completed by or before the Expiration date of Booking.
• Most of the airline tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking
